*$9.2M ➡️ NEW FUNDING AVAILABLE* We are accepting applications for four new sites to join the groundbreaking BD² Integrated Network and drive the discovery of the behavioral and biological drivers of bipolar disorder while advancing treatments. Each new site will receive up to $2.3M and be part of the team on the forefront of accelerating research and improving systems of care for bipolar disorder. This is an exciting expansion to the success of our model and the accomplishments of our network, which is actively recruiting participants into the longitudinal study and gathering data. Our current sites include Brigham and Women’s Hospital-McLean Hospital, University of California Los Angeles, Johns Hopkins University, Mayo Clinic, University of Michigan, and UTHealth Houston. “This is a significant expansion of the BD² Integrated Network and a testament to the promise we’re already seeing in this model that is designed to shorten the time it takes for scientific breakthroughs to improve clinical care and the lives of those living with bipolar disorder,” - Cara Altimus, PhD Submissions to the RFA are due by October 10, 2024: https://lnkd.in/ezPsGFvW To join our email community and be up to date on the latest, visit: https://lnkd.in/et7Jmr5A #bipolar #bipolardisorder
