59% of US retailers offer returnless refund policy, up from 26% last year

Reuters reports that a majority of retailers are now letting customers keep unwanted purchases, with a full refund, when the return cost exceeds the product value. U.S. shoppers are expected to return $173 billion worth of holiday purchases in the U.S. this year, 28% more than last year. Read more.
