What does success look like for your customers?
Publishing the best content in the most efficient way. For our customers, success means implementing a future-oriented digital publishing platform for a growing digital business while cost effectively integrating print as a relevant channel.
How do you help your customers accelerate their growth?
With our digital-to-print solution tohoop, we help our customers create print products in a very smart and cost-effective way. We simplify workflows significantly, freeing up resources that can be used elsewhere (e.g. content creation).

What does the ideal customer look like to your company?
The ideal customer for tohoop strives for digital-first publishing, but at the same time wants and needs to create high-quality InDesign-based print products.
How do your customers measure success?
In terms of tohoop, it is the resources saved on print production and a combination of print and digital publishing without system breaks.
What would your customers say is the most important thing people should know about your product or services?
We always work in partnership with our customers and are very attentive to the individual needs of each. All our solutions are based on a modular system selected together with the customer based on what they need, and make custom adjustments if required. We listen and solve problems on time and within budget.
What is your team’s favorite piece of software made by someone else?
This certainly includes the WordPress Gutenberg Site Editor project and, in principle, any CMS that allows tohoop to be used efficiently. In general, almost all of us here have become fans of Microsoft Teams over the last three years.
