Zach Bayard- Ad Ops Manager

What’s your background? Tell me your story.

I grew up in North Carolina but I've been living in New York for 3 years now.  I was working in the music industry before the pandemic but decided to try something new, so here I am!

Explain your job to a first grader.

I build things on the internet and send them out to the world in hopes to influence people to make certain decisions.

How do you do your job differently?

Humor and not taking everything so seriously. I am much more productive in a work environment that is playful and fun.

What are you most passionate about?

Music, dancing, playing piano. Groovin!

Jonathan Pho- QA Engineer

What’s your background? Tell me your story.

I was born and raised in Minnesota and just happened to stumble upon my career a few years after graduating high school. I began as a QA Analyst for video games for about 8 years. From there I expanded my knowledge and background by learning to code and automating software in various industries. Most recently I worked in the healthcare industry helping them architect and improve their automation.

Explain your job to a first grader.

I write code that automates the testing of software.

How do you do your job differently?

I take my past experiences and learn from them to make improvements for future projects. This helps me make clear and solid decisions.

What are you most passionate about?

Outside of technology I am very passionate about golfing. A day on the golf course is how I relax. What makes it even better for me now is that my daughter has taken up golf and seems to be enjoying it just as much as I do. My bucket list would be golfing on some of the best courses the professionals get to play on.

Liz Parisi- HyprMX Support Engineer

What’s your background? Tell me your story.

I'm a New Yorker born and raised. My background is in talent management. As an agent, I worked with many big personalities and partnered with a wide variety of clients. Outside of work, I can usually be found reading or watching Netflix and am always open to suggestions on what to read/watch next!

Explain your job to a first grader.

I help our partners get unstuck.

How do you do your job differently?

I always try to approach every interaction with empathy and diplomacy. And I like to have the mindset that everything is 'figure-outable', sometimes it's just not in the most obvious way.

What are you most passionate about?

I love learning new things and helping people, in whatever form that may take. And spending time with my family is super important!
