Life is not a dress rehearsal. 'Intentional' is my word for 2023

As 2023 starts, I am grateful for…

• The lessons I learned about business and about life;
• The new opportunities that change and disruption bring about;
• Having a seat at the table with business owners and leaders who believe trust and relationships are what matters most and people who know The Power of Trust and know that Trust is THE issue of our time;
• The companies that placed their confidence in Success Through Trust, invested in training their people and those that worked on building, strengthening and rebuilding trust with their employees and customers;
• Acts of kindness, empathy and compassion and what they inspire and the impact they can have;
• The love and support of my friends, colleagues, partners and clients; 
• The love of my family, celebrating in their successes, and being there during the difficult days we shared in 2022.

Life is not a dress rehearsal. If you have a ‘bucket list’ don’t wait to tackle it, life is short.  

My word for 2023 is 'intentional'.  What is your purpose, your objective and what do you hope to do this year?  What is going to move the needle?  And most important, what matters most?
