Between the International Week of Happiness at Work and World Mental Health Day, we have been encouraged to check in on our peers and remind ourselves that it's okay to not be okay. As we get nearer to the end of 2023, we're sticking with the importance of taking the time to rest, reflect, and refresh so you are your best self both inside and outside your day job.

We caught up with our Divisional Manager for interim, temp and freelance recruitment, Laura Pickard about how she advises on tackling productivity, and she said:

“Have a think about what works for you - for me, I thrive off of seeing my own success but if you find yourself more focused and more proactive after a solid planning session or after listening to your favourite song - do just that! Proactivity is personal and you need to find out what sparks your own interest so you can drive your own productivity. Be accountable!”
