The future of business of intelligent work

The global pandemic caused major disruption in our lives and some areas of operation required the employment of remote work or flexibility to maintain productivity. This phenomenon has opened windows of observation about the well-being of people and efficiency of the workplace.

One of the most terrific things is traffic, it takes so much of our time–to the initiated, the sorrow of stepping out while bundle of joy is still fast asleep and returning home with only few minutes to spare, overtime stress and illness are inevitable. Now, remote work closes that gap and is a remedy to burning out, stability at home will illuminate in the quality of work.

Working remotely is paramount to receiving an increase because it saves employees a lot of money–with the increase in fuel prices, buying data is the logical option. A healthy diet is easy to maintain.

Flexibility allows for independence within the constraints of the schedule and generates more time with reduction in the amount of mental activity which allows for thinking and increases the level of productivity.

Some companies are adopting a model termed hybrid work which caters for the different needs of employees in accordance with their duties, it makes provision for those who require the traditional office space, remote, and even moving between locations. Could this mean a reduction in stress levels, insomnia?

The revolution of the workspace aided by technology could be the beginning of human beings reaching their ultimate potential, historically philosophers have contended that most people do not think due to clutter and blockage, and often confused mental activity for thinking. My contention is that this flexibility will improve mental health and tap into the intelligence of the mind, thus making room for smooth collaboration with artificial intelligence.

Accountability and control are a concern for some companies and lose of company culture among the flexible employees. However, there are numerous ways to put measures of control and accountability making use of the cloud and most important results and productivity are an indicative measure for assessing the need for micromanagement.
