Finished up a productive few days of planning and strategy sessions with my team here in Summit, New Jersey and those that were on virtually at Wells Fargo. The collaborative spirit and excitement in the room was contagious and #inspiring. We had the chance to engage in constructive dialogues to gain more insight into how to be #intentional in meeting our goals.
