I am thrilled to share that Similarweb has successfully acquired 42matters, a leading app intelligence provider! Here is me, slightly sleep-deprived and ready to oversee a "war room" with all hands on deck. From the onset, it was clear that this acquisition would significantly enhance our ability to provide comprehensive digital intelligence. The integration of 42matters’ unique data and expertise strengthens our position in the app intelligence market, allowing us to deliver even deeper insights and value to our customers. Leading the marketing and communications strategy for such a transformative acquisition required a deep understanding of both companies' strengths and cultures. It involved aligning our messaging to reflect the combined power of Similarweb and 42matters, emphasizing our shared vision for the future of digital intelligence. One of the most rewarding aspects of this process was witnessing the dedication of our team. The creativity, discipline, and synergy displayed by everyone involved have been truly inspiring. This acquisition is not just about expanding our dataset or market reach; it's about laying the foundation for future innovations that will empower our customers to make smarter, data-driven decisions. It’s about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the digital world and leading with purpose and vision. For me, this also marks the day I felt a new level of confidence to show up fully as my authentic self - sneakers, playfulness and all - and powerfully lead a critical business motion for my company. I let go of the "not corporate enough" noise in my head and just did the work. As me. And guess what, it was so damn fun! Thank you to everyone who has supported and contributed to this journey. Here’s to a future filled with continued growth, innovation, and success! Barak Pomeranice, Yonat Burlin, David F. Carr, Adi Tako, Rami Myerson, CFA, Alan Levenson, Daniel Schneider, Natalie Cohen, Julia Grace Bura, David Kaplansky, Maoz Lakovski, Jason Schwartz, Sigal Gill More, Guy Gomberg
