    With the Olympics starting today, our #Oktoposters have been getting in the competitive spirit... Over the past month, we ran the Oktopost Olympics advocacy competition and our team had a blast! 🏆 First, we kicked off our latest contest with a company-wide Oktopost Olympics Opening Ceremony. 🏋️ Our marketing team announced our advocates' Olympic teams, organized by department. 🥅 We shared the rules of the game and how to win: 1. We used our very own Advocacy Gamification Engine to create a tournament based on a point system. 2. In true Olympic fashion, our advocates competed within their teams for a spot on the podium in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. 3. We awarded different point values to various actions, placing special emphasis on suggesting content for the Advocacy Board and editing posts. These actions earned more points than others, such as sharing content. But of course, that wasn't all. It wouldn't be the Olympics without crowning a winning country. So, our three offices across three different global locations battled it out to win lunch as a team on Oktopost!
