We don't do it for awards but still -- getting recognized for our station's community service is a lovely way to end the year. WKYC Studios received a Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service recently from Smart Business magazine. The award recognizes the impact of our "Education Station" campaign, which has mobilized dozens of our employees to get involved to make a difference. Our Education Station reports and advocacy efforts also earned an Emmy for overall excellence in community service this year! #communityimpact #communityservice #advocacy #education #3Cares
