Last week, I had the opportunity to spend some time in NYC with colleagues and industry smarty pants at the #meltwatersummit to talk #ai and check out the latest technology advancements in analytics. It's going to give comms professionals new tools to manage reputation and craft narratives. What was previously exclusive to data scientists and analysts is now readily accessible to all through the power of Microsoft Teams. As a partner to Meltwater and Microsoft, WE Communications is shaping how this will unlock the potential for AI in the realm of communications. We see three benefits for communicators: 1. Brand Reputation: Quicker access to data that signals market changes, competitive shifts, and emerging influencers puts a communications team in the position to be first to respond and position its brand as a leader in the industry.
