Making waves in AI: our very own Kristy Kinzett, Head of Digital at Wavemaker Melbourne, helped shed light on the new era of AI at a recent Google Marketing Live Melbourne event, including these nuggets:   ✅  As marketers exert greater scrutiny on marketing investment ROI, AI will play a bigger role in helping drive efficiencies and efficacy in results.   ✅  In the current economic climate and revenue accountability imposed on businesses, AI solutions are achieving outputs previously unattainable with finite human and monetary resources.   ✅ The evolution of AI is rapid and we’re encouraging clients to think about how they can test the advancements. If they had unfavourable results with ad formats or approaches in the past (such as broad match in paid search), it’s important to try again because products and technology have matured greatly.    ✅ We need to shift our focus away from traditional digital KPIs to business results and outcomes.
