What is part of every successfully completed move? That's right, a housewarming party! That's why we celebrated the opening of our new Headquarter at MARK 51°7 the week before last with companions from the last ten years. 🤩 Among others, mayor Thomas Eiskirch, Alf Pollex from CARIAD and Albert ten Brinke from Ten Brinke were present, who in their welcoming speeches also looked back on the history of Volkswagen Infotainment in Bochum and on the planning and construction period of our new building: Starting out with about 200 colleagues, we now have more than 1000 employees and after more than one move since this year, all Bochum colleagues are finally united at one location! 💪 Of course, the symbolic cutting of the opening ribbon was not to be missed, before our guests divided into several groups to take a closer look at the HQ. From our vehicle hall to the engineering building, to offices and meeting rooms, insights into the different areas and working methods were given, which was rounded off by demonstrations and presentations on our products and developments.
