The terrorist act that killed two Swedish citizens is a heinous and cowardly act that must be condemned in the strongest possible terms. There is no justification for such violence, and it is an attack on the values of peace and tolerance that we hold dear. The victims of this attack were innocent people who were simply going to a soccer game. Their deaths are a tragic loss to their families and friends, and to the Swedish nation as a whole. We must stand together in the face of this act of terror, and show that we will not be intimidated by those who seek to divide us. To the families and friends of the victims, we offer our deepest condolences.

VivoLab AB joins AstraZeneca BioVentureHub For the third time in a short while we are delighted to welcome a new company to join AstraZeneca BioVentureHub. VivoLab AB is pioneering the crossroads of digital health and precision medtech, redefining respiratory healthcare. As a first step, a novel soft mist aerosol technology for pediatrics is under development, ushering in a new era for respiratory treatment, including asthma. VivoLab AB have started their moving process, leaving their main office in Falun and now moving it to AstraZeneca R&D site in Gothenburg. However, the team is familiar with the site and AstraZeneca expertise, since they already are collaborating in a project together. This also means they have got a taste of our unique dare to share culture as the foundation for Growing Innovation Together. We are hopeful that the team, lead by Fredrik Bokvist , will continue to cultivate their relationships, being active in creating value in collaborations and knowledge sharing within the BioVentureHub community. Already next week the CTO Lars Thelin, together with our AstraZeneca colleague Jan Olof Svensson, will be showcasing their joint developed solution to a large scientific professional audience on our knowledge sharing site day, GOTogehter.
