Refugees and migrants continue to face extreme forms of violence, human rights violations and exploitation both at sea and on land routes. In Africa, more people are estimated to cross the Sahara Desert than the Mediterranean —yet, the perils they encounter on these land routes are much less documented and publicized. A new UN report outlines the horrors refugees and migrants face on their journeys toward a better future, as well as the required protection response. The Great Global Migrations of this century are unlikely to stop. Too many of the UN member states are governed by evil people greedy for power, control & wealth, with no sense of human rights and national development of a stable middle class. These kleptocracies must be identified as the pariahs they are. To ask the successful democratic nations to absorb these people is foolishness. The least we can do is establish UN approved universities to train up people to establish & direct infrastructure institutions in these failing countries. Most migrants would go back home if safe, secure opportunities existed for them. Where is the UN strategic plan for overcoming corruption in their member states?

United Nations, The journey for refugees and migrants seeking safety is fraught with unimaginable challenges, especially across the Sahara Desert, where dangers rival those of sea crossings. This UN report sheds light on the harrowing reality faced by many, highlighting the urgent need for enhanced protection measures. It's a stark reminder of the human cost behind each statistic—every number represents a life at risk. As global citizens, we must strive for empathy and action, ensuring that these vulnerable individuals receive the support and security they deserve. Together, we can make a difference by advocating for policies that prioritize human dignity and safety, regardless of borders or barriers.

The management of refugees and migrants is a policy-required efforts that not every country willing to take part of. However, it should be alarming when the refugees are willing to risk their life while migrating, over the option of staying in their home country. The spark of conflict which cause the refugees' migration must be addressed jointly with responsible parties and must be dealt with great urgency. Understandably, countries all around the world needs to be compelled to engage in developing appropriate #RefugeesAndMigrantsPolicy and protection response. Especially in the harsh climate regions, the intricated researchers and the willing policymakers must join together to minimize the impact of such migration to the local people.

Ich war auch einmal Flüchtling in Deutschland, von Ost nach West, aber lasst sie laufen, wichtig ist dabei nur Eines, das ihr Leben auf der Flucht nicht endet oder negative Zwecke als Grund vorliegen.
