Women should know their place.
I believe a woman's place is where she decides to be, not where someone tells her to be. The place should not define her..Any place she wishes to be is as equally as important as any.
Women make up about 49.76% of the world's population, around 4.04 billion out of 8.1 billion people. We have a huge impact on the economy, influencing up to 85% of consumer purchases in areas like household goods and healthcare. Women also play key roles in having and raising children both male and female, which is key for society. However, despite our contributions, women are often underrepresented in leadership, holding only about 21% of Prime Minister positions and 26% of seats in parliaments worldwide. Women deserve equal representation and participation in all parts of society. We don't need anyone's permission; as nearly half of the world population, we deserve to take our place without asking anyone.
In a place she is valued and heard. In a table we’re decisions take place.
Too bad the UN doesn’t take its own advice 🤥
Women are often advised to stand out to get ahead. But taking on visible roles in the workplace exposes women to risk,&they know it. Mostly women reject the executive, self-promoting leadership style in favor of a mission-oriented, communal style. They dismiss the pursuit of visibility at work as self-serving. Women view staying behind the scenes as more consistent with their personalities than taking up space&taking credit.Being less visible helped many women align their personal values & professional demeanor. Women understand the Executive style leaders as “cold& rational",aren’t compelling, passionate or interesting. They view invisibility as more authentic &believe it better for the team& that strong leadership is leading by example, other people can learn it,do it.The leader should becomes part of a team, almost invisible, except as a resource. However, When we take ownership of our actions, decisions,&outcomes, we unlock our true potential. By refusing to make excuses,be deterred by challenges, setbacks, or external circumstances we strive to make a difference by embracing accountability&acknowledge our ability to overcome obstacles&transcend limitations.
The correct answer is where she wants to be!!
A woman’s place is in the courtroom A woman’s place is on the bench A woman’s place is the Presidency ^omissions that seemed glaring to a law student
A woman's place is NOT in ROGUE STATEHOOD of EU member state Belgium where neither the guarantees of Art. 47 CFREU nor the guarantees of CE directive NR. 8/2003 or the guarantees of directly applicable CE regulation 1393/2007 or the ECtHR + cjeu final rulings are respected by Belgian self-proclaimed ROGUE judiciary. And where the Guardian of the Treaties doesn't find it necessary, to enforce such primary + secondary EU law pursuant to article 258 TFEU against Belgium despite those "Guardians" perfect long-term knowledge of the massive decline of Belgian rule of law. After all it's right in front of Belgian Justice Commissioner's Reynders CE headquarters!
So true! Women, should take their place. Women need to stop apologizing for being who they are and for being ambitious. #womenleadership.
