In celebration of International Day of Women and Girls in Science yesterday - 11th February - I am delighted to be part of an organization dedicated to advancing #WomenInScience and join AstraZeneca in honouring women in STEM (Science Technology, Engineering and Maths).    It’s now more than 30 years I walked through the doors to this fantastic company for the very first time. It has been, and still is, a true joyride working in life science with such competent colleagues at a company that offer great opportunities for personal development. For sure lifelong learning.   I would strongly recommend AZ’s Early Talents programmes, which are door openers and will help to kick-start your career – helping you create connections that will last a lifetime.   Advocating for equitable opportunities for women and girls in the science fields is critical, in this video, you can hear from our leaders and the students AstraZeneca has served on the impact of quality STEM education.   #LifeAtAz #WomenInScience
