On Independence Day, as we celebrate the birth of our nation, I like to think about the resolve it took for those leaders who gathered in Philadelphia in 1776 to sign the Declaration of Independence. What an incredible statement of purpose that was, committing to build a better future for the people of this great land. And for nearly 250 years since, generations of Americans have asked what we’re going to do with the Independence we’ve inherited.
