We're delighted to introduce our newest Junior Mobile Developer, Joachim Michaelsen! 🎯 Joachim’s passion for coding began early on in his life, making him the go-to tech expert in his family. His journey started by watching YouTube videos, which ignited his interest in technology and eventually led him to pursue a degree in Computer Science - which he just completed in January 🎉 “The first time I heard about Trifork was when they were at my school for a presentation. I thought it sounded like a really nice company with large projects and smaller units working together independently of each other. I like the idea of becoming close to your colleagues while still being part of something bigger. I decided to send in my resume and to my delight, the process ended up with a job offer!" Joachim is eager to contribute to the team, while learning and exploring new technologies. Outside of work, he loves exploring nature and spending quality time with friends and family. His unique blend of qualifications in history and media science, along with his thirst for knowledge, makes him a true jack-of-all-trades. His serendipitous journey into digital design began with some university mates, when they started a company and built & designed the first website for a known bank! Since then, Jacob has become a master of digital communication and UX design. Jacob's enthusiasm for design thinking and innovation perfectly aligns with Trifork's user-centric ethos. Reflecting on his first months here, he notes that it was the people and the culture that drew him to us, "It’s the team, the tasks we have, the customers we serve, and the impact we can make, that I value. I also appreciate the ambition, openness, and freedom to drive change at Trifork, where creativity and innovation thrive." Exciting news: Trifork acquires SAPERE Group to grow expertise in the SAP Business Technology Platform 🚀 Trifork and Sapere Group signed an agreement under which Trifork acquires 77.8% of SAPERE, a Danish expert in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). As partners, Trifork and Sapere will work closely together to help our SAP customers maximize the value of SAP BTP and through innovative solutions, increase the overall value of their SAP investments. We are particularly happy at Trifork Smart Enterprise because this move strengthens our capabilities specifically in the area of Integration in the BTP. We are proud to now be able to deliver in 4 out of 5 pillars of BTP (App Development, Automation, Integration and AI) 🙌 The ambition with the partnership is to be a full-service provider of SAP integration and solutions and to grow Sapere internationally by leveraging Trifork’s presence in 15 markets outside Denmark. “The acquisition of Sapere enhances Trifork’s capability to deliver the full stack of SAP’s Enterprise Cloud with SAP BTP. Time to say hello to our newest Senior Mobile Developer, Jakob Bengtsson-Jensen 👋 Jakob is no stranger to Trifork - his journey began when he freelanced on one of our projects. His warm and inclusive personality, along with his exceptional skills and passion for development, made us realise that we want him to stick around for a more permanent position. After a decade of freelancing, jumping from project to project, Jakob felt he was missing out on being part of a cohesive team, so we're delighted that the stars aligned and he chose Trifork for the next chapter in his personal and professional growth. His experience and seniority has made him an invaluable member of our team already. "What I really like about Trifork is that it's a tight-knit and close organisation. People here genuinely like getting to know each other. I also appreciated working with my project team, who seemed to enjoy being part of the Trifork family - and every colleague I've met at the office so far has been open and friendly, giving me a very good feeling about the company and my future here." Jakob lives in a picturesque town near Copenhagen, where he enjoys life surrounded by nature with his wife and three kids. In his free time, he continues to nurture his love for coding with his family. One of his special projects with his daughter has been to develop an app that tracks various aspects of her pets lives through QR codes that are attached to their enclosures - allowing them to scan and see information like feeding history, age, and gender, for each animal. He also enjoys pen and paper role-playing games with friends.
