Happy International Women’s Day! I think we need more than one day, right ladies? Did you know that in 2023, companies with founding teams that are all women only received 1.8% of all venture funding?  Which is crazy to me because the female founders I know and admire are beyond smart, tenacious, and relentless in their pursuit.  They have and will continue to positively transform the world. Natalie Massenet Brooke Wall Stacy Flynn Alana Ackerson Natasha Franck Lauren Singer Britt Morgan-Saks Ceci Kurzman For Days (+ Trashie) was founded by women, is led by women, and in fact, our board is comprised of ALL women.  Huge shout out to Sasha Novograd Brown Brooke Hammerling Caroline Brown Mary Saunders. Why is this so rare? It is certainly NOT because women aren’t smart enough, analytical enough, creative enough, or because we have the babies.  Insert Reshma Saujani here because I am OBSESSED with the work she is doing.  More on that later...
