I’m thrilled to share that our innovative Video Advice Kiosks have been shortlisted for the Third Sector Awards 2024 in the Best Service Delivery Innovation category! This groundbreaking initiative, including the first-of-its-kind installation in HMP Brixton, showcases our commitment to making debt advice accessible to everyone, regardless of their circumstances. By breaking down barriers and ensuring that essential financial support reaches those in need, we’re making a real impact. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible teams Debt Free Advice, Toynbee Hall, our dedicated partners, and everyone who has supported this vision. Your hard work and passion are truly making a difference in people’s lives. We eagerly await the awards announcement on 20th September. Fingers crossed! 🤞

So pleased - that is good news. Do hope this initiative will get further recognition in Sept. I hope the HMP Brixton pilot is 'proving the pudding' re delivery of the support needed and be an encouragement for rolling the scheme out more widely.
