I'm thrilled to share a significant update on my professional journey. Over the past three incredible years, I've had the privilege of working with Bram Bastiaansen and the phenomenal supervisory board at CerQlar. Their trust and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of this remarkable company have been truly rewarding. I also want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire CerQlar team for their dedication and hard work. Leaving the company in the capable hands of Anton Fedorov, Martin Edling Andersson, and the amazing team we’ve built together fills me with confidence for CerQlar’s continued success. Now, as I look towards the future, I am beyond excited to announce my next venture. I have decided to join EuroCTP B.V. as Chief Technology Officer, collaborating with Eglantine Desautel to spearhead the establishment of this ground-breaking company and bring the European consolidated tape (CT) to reality. EuroCTP aims to participate in the future selection process for the provision of a CT for equities in the European Union. We will strive to provide the best solution for the provision of a consolidated tape in the European Union. The company aims at fostering transparency, fairness and access to market data for all investors by providing a fully consolidated view of the European equity and ETFs markets. I am honored to be part of this transformative journey and look forward to contributing to EuroCTP's mission. Together, we will shape the future of market data accessibility and transparency in the European Union. We are SOC2 Type2 certified!! I am very proud of this significant achievement in the process of growing and scaling CerQlar. Our clients' data security and our platform's robustness are pivotal to our success as a post-trade management solution in the renewable electricity certificate market. We are looking for an interim CISO for the next 6-12 months of cooperation to help CerQlar with: - Taking our MDM setup to the next level - Setup a DLP process - Conducting gap analysis and providing recommendations for ISO 27001:2022 and GDPR compliances (we are just steps away from SOC2, but would like to move even further) - Working with our engineering team on hardening security practices within our SDLC Do a bunch of other exciting security work to make CerQlar even more reliable! I am very excited to attend and speak at this year's REC Market Meeting in Amsterdam organized by RECS Energy Certificate Association. The event is sold out already and we at CerQlar are looking forward to showcasing how far the platform has come since our first REC Marketing Meeting last year.
