The title of this article is a question that we have heard from a few candidates during the past year or so. As you might imagine, there is a good reason why someone would ask that question. Americans are celebrating Independence Day, and we would like to thank the brave military members and all past veterans for protecting our freedom and independence. We are grateful for all of you real-life heroes. Freedom isn’t free. We are grateful for the role we play in putting people to work each year. It is extremely rewarding to know that we change people’s lives for the better. As you watch the fireworks, think about all of the freedoms you have living in the United States of America and the chance to achieve anything you put your mind to. You have the freedom to choose your own career and career path. So have a safe, happy, and healthy 4th of July holiday!

By now, you should know that there is a severe worker and talent shortage in the United States, including within the Animal Health industry and the Veterinary profession. You should also know that as a result of these conditions, there is plenty of opportunity for career growth and advancement, especially within the Veterinary profession.
