You have to, have to, have to put in work. If you are just going to sit back and think your customers will "come to you" you are daydreaming. People want to be wooed. It's all about what you can offer them that another company can't. Whether that is your amazing customer service or something you sell, it won't matter to them as long as they see your efforts.

Most people have their phone attached to their hand nowadays. We all can take advantage of this.

You got to know who your market is when your selling any product, get to know your customers, what they do, where they hang out, what they like. If you don't know them you won't know how to cater to their needs. Good service is about knowing your customers.

Agree with the points here. Meeting prospects where they are gives you a chance to earn their business, rather than making them conform to your desires.

I really liked the "Done whine about it" part, people wanna sit on they hands and just wonder why they have no customers, why the business is not expanding.. Gotta talk to be heard.. Reach out, sometimes a "hi" is all it takes.. Thanks for the video

You've got to meet people where they are. It humanizes them and allows them to trust what you're telling them. They are far more likely to put their faith into your product this way.

We have clients that we strictly text with because they are impossible to reach on the phone. I'm glad we have the ability to!
