I do think texting is a good way of reaching out to people but ultimately think if you'd like to have an effective conversation with someone you need to call them or have a face to face meeting.
Text messaging makes it so much easier to communicate with customers that are busy at work or throughout the day
It's nearly impossible to reach some people by phone and texting works wonders!
A great example of this are my chiropractors, who always text a check-in after a client's first visit. It's so much quicker than a follow up call, and still very intentional!

I agree because when scheduling appointment during the day when they are working, it's so much easier to get ahold of them through text than through a call!
This was a game changed for us when we implemented it a few years ago
We still make our calls, but adding text helps us reach customers who prefer not doing business by phone!
