We love using mass text as we have many guest that currently stay with us at any given time and being able to relay a message to them all at once is very handy.
We often have properties undergoing last minute water shut offs, quarterly pest control, etc. Mass texting saves us a lot of time, by notifying each guest at the same time.
Situations when a provider calls off and there is an emergency we can mass text patients right away to call and reschedule them.
