Huge congratulations to George H. Sarmiento Sr, PMP and the entire Air Force BES team, USDA's Digital Infrastructure Services Center (DISC), Appian Corporation, and a professionally understated, knowing nod to our 100% mission-obsessed Synergy delivery team, on achieving a critical milestone with the CON-IT system for the Department of the Air Force! The Weapon Systems Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is now live, marking a significant advancement in how the United States Air Force manages and tracks contracts for large-scale weapon systems, including helicopters, missiles, and fighter jets. This #MVP deployment enhances functionalities crucial for managing contracts such as undefinitized contract actions and funding with multiple purchase requests. With over 6,000 users, 270 procurement organizations, and about 335,000 contracting actions amounting to approximately $112 billion obligated, CON-IT’s impact is monumental! The ability to seamlessly manage and track large contracts, implement specialized clauses, and handle complex funding scenarios is transforming Air Force #procurement. This achievement not only boosts functionality and reduces costs but also streamlines processes to support our warriors and protect our nation more effectively. Thank you to everyone involved for your hard work and dedication to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in #federal #contracting. Here’s to many more successes and continued innovation in the future! #AirForce #DefenseContracting #Innovation #Technology #Congratulations Elizabeth McKenna, Rick Rohlfs, Amy Petersen, Nathan H., Daniel Streicher, Steven Hofinger, Clayton Miller, Susan Hammons, Li Ma, Dave Dantus, Chandan M., Sam Sarkar, Ray Ellis, Joanna Davis, PMP, Lora Rocha, Peter Nino, Hunter Davis, Jeff Green, Sierra Lunsford, Wendy Scherer, Jerry Sylvis, Bill Darbie, Kit Peabody, Sean Burgess, Giorgio Giora, and many others!
