#Hiring Inside Sales Manager - Orange County, CA Our client is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to grow its US-based Distribution & network in the Los Angeles/ Orange County region. The Inside Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in building new relationships and driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and nurturing leads, as well as managing existing accounts. This is an On-Site Management role. 3-5 Day Presence in the firm’s Orange County, CA office iis Required. This is NOT a remote, WFH or virtual role. This is a Direct-Hire role. Please no contractors or third-party lead generation firms! Candidates must be currently eligible to work for any employer in the US AND currently resident in the Los Angeles/ Orange County region. No work Visa or relocation assistance offered. Responsibilities Meet all sales objectives set by management, including quarterly and yearly goals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Manage, train, motivate and coach the Inside Sales team. Solicit new accounts, and follow-up on prospects through effective use of all available sales tools for lead generation. Identify and qualify new leads through prospecting, including email outreach, cold calls, networking events and partner engagement. Establish contact with dealers, resellers, MSPs, systems integrators, rep firms to enable sales and delivery of the firm’s products Some Travel to meet with partners, distributors and customers required as well as attendance at industry events, conferences and trade shows. Experience, Education And Skills Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong preference for sales in the AV, UC, VTC or other IT devices, software or managed services offerings. 5-7 years in an Inside Sales or BDR/SDR role. 2-3+ years managing an Inside Sales team. Strong CRM skills and experience. Deep CRM reporting, configuration and integration skills. Zoho, SFDC, Hubspot or similar Familiar with sales practices supporting indirect sales such as Channel/Distribution business models. The Inside Sales Manager will also work with BU Management to monitor operational process and expenses to realize savings and drive efficiencies Prior experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics helpful.. There is this surreal feeling that one gets when a book that you have been working on for about two years arrives in an Amazon package.😊 There are a few reasons why I wrote this book (The #CCSP Exam Guide, available on https://lnkd.in/ez_JEeU7 and Amazon), first to help people pass this challenging and important certification. Another reason was honestly to see what I was capable of, as putting together a ~590 page #CloudSecurity certification exam guide is no easy feat. There were a few moments I contemplated giving up. Funny. I hadn't retested since 2020 (?), reviewed the course and bango. I guess I was overdue! Hubspot User since 2010. 14 years of this stuff, you'd figure something is starting to stick. Not bad for the dude with the exploding brain. Not giving up my day job as a closer. I’m happy to share that I’ve re-obtained an existing certification: Inbound from HubSpot Academy!
