#Hiring Inside Sales Manager - Orange County, CA Our client is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to grow its US-based Distribution & network in the Los Angeles/ Orange County region. The Inside Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in building new relationships and driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and nurturing leads, as well as managing existing accounts. This is an On-Site Management role. 3-5 Day Presence in the firm’s Orange County, CA office iis Required. This is NOT a remote, WFH or virtual role. This is a Direct-Hire role. Please no contractors or third-party lead generation firms! Candidates must be currently eligible to work for any employer in the US AND currently resident in the Los Angeles/ Orange County region. No work Visa or relocation assistance offered. Responsibilities Meet all sales objectives set by management, including quarterly and yearly goals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Manage, train, motivate and coach the Inside Sales team. Solicit new accounts, and follow-up on prospects through effective use of all available sales tools for lead generation. Identify and qualify new leads through prospecting, including email outreach, cold calls, networking events and partner engagement. Strong CRM skills and experience. Deep CRM reporting, configuration and integration skills. Zoho, SFDC, Hubspot or similar Familiar with sales practices supporting indirect sales such as Channel/Distribution business models.
