Located within the stunning Hotel Les Mars, a Relais & Châteauxproperty, Arandas is set to be the next exciting restaurant to land on the town’s culinary scene! Chef Adrien Nieto, whose career was launched by MasterChef, has taken strides over the years to further develop his skills and cuisine, having taken part in exciting projects across the country before landing in Sonoma County. His dishes are Mexican at their core but draw inspiration from some of chef’s favorite cuisines as well as the bounty of California wine country. Welcome, Arandas!

Spotlight on our special guests for our Maui Fire Relief Fundraiser on December 4th at @pressnapavalley! ICYMI, our event will benefit Chef Hui HI, an organization built from a network of chefs and hospitality professionals across Hawaii who prepare and distribute restaurant-quality meals to those in need. Born from the pandemic, this organization quickly switched gears to allocate resources to fire victims. We know firsthand that the rebuild will take years, and the team at Chef Hui is grateful for the continued focus on their important work. Chef Isaac Bancaco and Beverage Specialist Keli'i Heen will be flying into Napa Valley for the evening as essential members of the Chef Hui network. Chef Isaac was executive chef of the legendary Pacifio'o On The Beach restaurant in Lahaina, which unfortunately did not survive the fire. Both men, while dealing with the effects of their own losses, were quick to jump into action for their communities.
