🚧 Exciting update on the Westlink project in Gothenburg! Our geotechnical and structural engineers, designers of this ambitious tunnel have recently conducted additional on-site inspections to check the status of the works. The Westlink tunnel will house the new railway line in the heart of Gothenburg, near the picturesque gote Alv river. SGS on site! 🏗 We are honoured and proud to contribute to the metro C station in Piazza Venezia! SGS designed the shielding consolidation works to protect the surrounding buildings which comprise: piles/microp-piles combined with polyurethane and cement injections and we led the cavern design for the approaches to the station and railway interchanges. 🚇 It has been very challenging and rewarding to work on such an amazing project in the centre of Rome!

SGS on site! 🏗️ This time we came back to Warsaw watching the TBM segments production (w Gülermak Heavy Industries Construction & Contracting Co. Inc) for the M2 metro line C01-C04. After a stop to the construction/design due to the pandemic, works finally restarted and we are approaching the TBM launching date. Great to see designs coming to life!

Ieri ho partecipato al sopralluogo tecnico nel cantiere delle varianti alla Strada Statale 51 “Di Alemagna” nel territorio di Cadore in Veneto per monitorare l'avanzamento dei lavori sulle varianti di "Tai di Cadore", "Valle di Cadore" e "San Vito di Cadore" per un investimento complessivo di oltre 250 milioni di euro. Nel corso del sopralluogo è stato ribadito l’impegno a rendere fruibili le opere prima dell'inizio dell'evento Olimpico "Milano-Cortina 2026", per il quale quelle realizzate da #Anas costituiranno una eredità a beneficio della mobilità di tutta la vallata.

🚧🏗️ Update from SGS! (from an Italian project this time 😁) 🔍 Our team recently had the opportunity to conduct an on-site visit at the Poggio Tondo tunnel excavation site, which is an integral part of the nationally Grosseto-Fano and in particular of the section Grosseto-Siena E78 project.
