If employees have the “Sunday Scaries” something is wrong! Employees should be looking forward to coming to work and being excited for the week ahead 😊

I love this! What a great visual for managers to use to start 1:1 conversations with their team about their mental wellness. "Which one of these best represents how you feel? What could I do to help your work experience be more positive, supportive, and enjoyable?"

Wow! One of the many reasons I love Spring Health and what your team is building is this topic—so simple yet strongly overlooked by many leaders. If you can't retain top talent, then there's something wrong within your organization, and mental health should be a top priority, the same as your OKRs.
