On Friday State Representative Joan Meschino and her team visited with our South Shore YMCA staff to discuss the needs of her constituents in Hull, Hingham, and Cohasset, and how the Y can help those communities grow. Rep. Meschino joined us to tour the South Shore Natural Science Center, including the construction of the new Nature Center Preschool building, the Emilson YMCA Outdoor Aquatic Center, and the South Shore YMCA Family Farm. The South Shore Y is proud of our Early Learning Center preschoolers who graduate from our program this month. Our three preschool programs, SSYMCA State Street Early Learning Center in Quincy, SSYMCA Nature Center Preschool in Norwell, and SSYMCA Early Learning Center in Hanover, all held special moving up ceremonies for these young graduates and their loved ones to attend.
