Like blood in our veins, racism pervades healthcare. It pushes some people’s pain, voices, and bodies aside. It distorts care and kills people faster, but it continues to be an invisible risk factor. Too many continue to deny or look past this reality — that this system meant to heal is causing harm. But some fearless nurses are saying it’s time to get to work. Will you join them? This looks incredible!
SO EXCITED FOR THIS!!!!!!
I get discriminated against a lot and that adds to my frustration.
Thank you for starting the conversation. This needs to be seen by every nursing student and working nurse in the country. It must be required viewing as part of cultural competency and racial bias training.
I can’t wait to see this 🫂
Wow, this looks like it’s going to be a powerful movie! I definitely want to see this!

3moIt’s about time the world becomes aware that systemic racism exists in healthcare professionals. For nurses of color, it can mean facing barriers to career advancement, unequal pay, and experiencing racism from colleagues, patients, and institutional policies. These challenges not only affect the well-being of the nurses but also the quality of care they are able to provide. I can’t wait to watch the movie.
