A young boy dressed as Bumblebee from Transformers, exuding joy and confidence in his new role. It struck a chord with me as an exam coach for social workers. Just like this little Transformer, our examinees are on a journey of transformation. Each test and challenge is a stepping stone to becoming adept, compassionate social workers. Let’s embrace these changes with positivity and confidence, viewing them as vital parts of our professional evolution. This life lesson is not just for my social worker colleagues but for anyone who is walking through their own transformation ! 🎥: Transformers #lifelesson #socialworkers #positivity

Here's to embracing change and growth with positivity, no matter where our paths lead us!
What a heartwarming analogy! Embracing transformation with positivity and confidence is key, no matter the journey.
Wow...🤩🤩🤩👏👏👏💯💯💯
Shara, love the analogy! Transformation takes courage, doesn't it? Just like the young Bumblebee, sometimes we have to 'transform' our strategies for success. Ever thought about how digital transformation could further empower your social workers?

2moThis makes me think of my CFO, also known as my chief officer, also known as my dog, Lewy. I tried to get her to catch a frisbee when she was young, and she wouldn't have anything to do with it… Fast-forward a couple years she found a frisbee in a field and she was throwing that thing up in the air…she was so excited about it and I threw it and without hesitation she ran after it and caught it and from that day forward she always runs after and catches the frisbee… Lesson learned… your enthusiasm determines if you pick something up quickly. Shara Ruffin wise words my friend
