As we hear more and more about the significant biases in GenAI (programed in via filters and prompt prepends etc.) along with "hallucinations" how is this effective? There are already significant concerns about good candidates being filtered out with current automated TA solutions, this is likely to exacerbate the problem. Stop pushing AI as the answer to everything and start getting back to people working with people. Only humans can understand other humans.
