The intellectual academic free market has demonstrated time and again that these are valid and important perspectives and programs. Fascinating how folks who claim to be against government regulation and for the free market are willing to regulate heavily the exchange of ideas and intervene in the work of private institutions. Interesting how they love the idea of bureaucrats policing research and discourse.
