Happy National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day from us to you! Our team is willing to share their secret recipes with you on this special day. Sharmila uses 2 slices of San Luis Garlic Sourdough, buttered on both sides, toast one side, flip, add one slice of mozzarella, one slice of cheddar, and one slice of gruyere, place toasted side of other piece of bread and flip to toast the outsides evenly! Kennedy butters two slices of sourdough bread and toasts each side before putting cheddar cheese on the slices and making sure the bread is nice and toasty! She loves to pair it with homemade tomato soup (but soup from Vons works just as well).
