We must demand higher standards from our media outlets, and here is a small idea. Every media website should have a link in their main menu to the stories that they have deleted or recanted entirely. It is becoming far too common for news media sites to first publish a news without doing their research, then, after facing the backlash, and after due diligence and identifying that the premise was false, to simply delete the story. #media #news
