What is Independent’s Week? If you’re just tuning in, it means that all Rethink offices are fully OOO for the first week of July.  We will see you all in a week, when we are fully recharged after Independent’s Week. C’est la Semaine de l’indépendance chez Rethink. Et ça, ça veut dire que nos quatre bureaux sont complètement fermés la première semaine de juillet. On se voit à notre retour, plus reposé.e.s que jamais.

Our promise to our people is that they’ll do the best work of their careers at Rethink. And setting the conditions for award caliber work fits with that promise. That’s why in September we wrote down a big hairy audacious goal: “2024 Cannes Independent Network of the Year ” But the ‘how’ was just as important as the ‘why’. So we created a detailed plan that every Rethinker had a part to play in, no matter what the department. And today, we did it. Rethink is: 🤯The 2024 Cannes Independent Network of the Year 🤯The 2024 Independent Agency of the Year - Toronto 🤯 Creative Strategy Agency of the Year 🤯 Engagement Agency of the Year 🤯 # 2 Agency of the Year (overall) And a nice bonus was being awarded 26 Lions, including the Creative Effectiveness Grand Prix for Heinz Sustained Business Success. We are incredibly proud of this one. To our Rethinkers and incredible agency partners: Take a bow. We did it.💙 🇨🇦🇺🇸

What a night! Rethink was awarded Campaign UK's Global Independent Agency Of The Year. We’re incredibly proud of every Rethink office and honoured to have won in a category with 6 other amazing nominees.

Let’s talk about The One Show! Rethink won:  🤯 Independent Agency Network  🤯 Independent Agency of the Year, Toronto.  🤯 Rethink NYC was ranked 4th Independent Agency of the Year in our first year at the show 🤯 + 30 pencils!?  🤯 10 gold, 10 silver 10 bronze on 8 different projects. And then came the best of disciplines, where Rethink was the only agency to have a best of discipline for more than one project. We won best of discipline for: 1. Coors - Lights Out - Outdoor 2. Just Crack An Agg - Date a Farmer - PR (out of Rethink NY) 3.
