“a value exchange”?!?! Yet more absolute rubbish in the form of unintelligible business speak. The exchange in value will go one way -from the shopper to Ashley.

Not so much of a blind spot, more a complete disregard for customer's rights and customer service, as highlighted by reports on Watchdog and Rip Off Britain.
