It was an ideal theme to express their creativity. Today we released our 2023-24 annual results. Despite a challenging year, we remain ahead of our 2030 strategic plan. Rémy Cointreau reiterates both its financial and extra-financial targets for 2029-30, and its aim to become the global leader in exceptional spirits. - Biodiversity guides a large number of actions in our #SustainableException CSR roadmap: this week, we are putting them in the spotlight. 💚 - We are convinced that the quality of our products depends on respect for our terroirs. It's a value we share with The Botanist, our gin from the wild Scottish island of Islay. With its foundation, The Botanist is committed to conservation efforts and preserving biodiversity through a number of actions. 🌿 Working with local groups, the foundation supports projects such as studying and supporting insects and plants, part-funding a PHD student to study juniper genomics and supporting local students to study subjects aligned with the foundation‘s aims with an annual bursary. It has a long-standing partnership with Botanic Gardens Conservation International and supports their efforts to stop plants becoming extinct all over the world. It is working to reintroduce wild flowers to the island of Islay, providing an enchanting spectacle for local residents and benefiting pollinators. The foundation has created a sensory garden so that pupils at Islay High School can enjoy all the benefits of rich flora and fauna. The island of Samos, where The House of Metaxa sources its precious Muscat wine ingredient, boasts remarkable biodiversity. To preserve this precious natural heritage, a bird conservation and nature program has been set up, in partnership with the Hellenic Ornithological Society, particularly around the METAXA LIKNON vineyardand the Path of the Muscat vineyards hiking trail. What does this program involve? 🦅 Monitoring local and migratory bird species, with a focus on endangered species. Did you know that Samos is home to 80% of the world's population of Eleonora falcons? 🦅 Installation of nesting boxes, an insect hotel and bird feeding stations to promote biodiversity. 🦅 Raising awareness and educating local communities about the importance of bird conservation. This program, an inspiring example of harmonious coexistence between nature and man, is a testament to The House of Metaxa's commitment to protecting its unique terroir! #Biodiversity

Beyond its crucial role for our ecosystems, it plays a fundamental role for the economic growth of the Michoacán region. 🦋 Symbol of ecosystem health, the butterfly - 50% of whose species have unfortunately disappeared over the last 50 years - was chosen to embody our commitment through a collective program “Butterfly Regeneration Program” which aims to protect butterflies and promote global biodiversity at all levels of the Group. #BiodiversityDay

- Biodiversity guides a large number of actions in our #SustainableException CSR roadmap: this week, we are putting them in the spotlight. 💚 - Training and supporting our winegrower and farmer partners, a commitment to the future Science and our own experiences on our Domains have shown that we can increase the resilience of our terroirs while unlocking the power of our soils (capturing more carbon and water and regenerating biodiversity) by deploying regenerative agricultural practices. This is what our program «New Generation Terroirs» is about. 🌱 But these new generation terroirs are also and mostly about supporting a new generation of farmers, who put the health and fertility of their soils at the heart of work. In 2024, we launched two new programs to support our partners in their agro-ecological transition. Bruichladdich Distillery Company has teamed up with Soil Capital to gradually support its 20 Islay farmers in their transition, from training to better remunerating ecosystemic services to nature. Maison Rémy Martin is committed to training, supporting and involving all the winegrowers in its cooperative, Alliance Fine Champagne, by 2030, so that they themselves become actors of change. These new programs support our long-term objective, initiated a few years ago by Graine des cîmes – the association created on the initiative of our Maison Domaine des Hautes Glaces –, and the Collectif Orama of The House of Metaxa, launched in 2022 on the island of Samos in 2023 #Biodiversity
