Great day yesterday! AGM agreed to change our name and we rang the bell at Nasdaq in Stockholm! Thanks to Sören, Sabrina, Alex, Corey, Carl and all others involved in changing our name to Verve. Let’s Make Media Better!

#happy2023 #happyholidays #mgi Happy Holiday Season! The year 2022 is coming to an end. After the previous year’s already being impacted by covid, 2022 was another special year that once again confronted both businesses as well as individuals with new challenges. The year 2022 was however another great year for Media and Games Invest (‘MGI’). We were able to substantially grow our revenues, even though there were headwinds due to market conditions. Our strong position in programmatic advertising is now a well-recognized business. After strong Covid years the game studios also had more difficult times but were even though able to show a good performance. Our latest two acquisitions AxesInMotion and Dataseat each showed a strong performance while being integrated. The year 2022 however somehow was also different for MGI. While in the years before M&A was a strong focus of MGI as capital markets were strong, in 2022 the focus was clearly on organic growth and cashflow generation. Not focusing on M&A in the second half year freed up a lot of resources and mend less distractions. Looking forward to the year 2023, MGI is very well positioned to further gain market share and build its position as advertising software platform with own and operated first party data from games content. Having onboarded many new advertising customers, while working on further customer acquisition as well as scaling existing ones, with several tech-optimizations as well as new product and service launches in combination with our own and operated games business, MGI is geared for further revenue as well as profitability growth. I would like to thank all customers, partners, investors and further stakeholders that supported us in 2022; without you we would not have been able to build this company; thank you for trusting us. We will continue to give our best to deliver best performance and best services. Furthermore, I would like to especially thank the MGI team. To all employees, managers, and our board; I want to thank you for your energy, creativity, efforts, endurance and support in building this awesome company. Also thank you for supporting me in keeping MGI a non-political environment where it is fun to work. You are the best team I have so far worked with in my entire career! I wish everyone calm and relaxing holidays to recharge the batteries and enjoy your families, as well as a great start into 2023! Remco Westermann

Being very happy with our Q1 2021 results and especially that the efforts of our MGI team in the last years to get to structural organic growth are resulting in strong organic growth now in Q1! And there is much more in the pipeline for the next quarters...
