Previously at GroupM, Alex led 2,500+ people across 40 markets, driving growth for brands like Unilever, Nike, Google, and Ford. At Verve, he'll lead our demand-side expansion, streamline our product portfolio, and enhance client experiences. I'm thrilled to announce that after many long days and nights we have been able to acquire Jun Group, a mobile first advertising company for €170 million. This acquisition takes Verve to the next level resulting in €447 million in revenues and €151 million adj. EBITDA while reducing leverage to 2.4x. Big thanks to the Verve and Jun Group Team for the great work over the last weeks! Remco Westermann, Sameer Sondhi, Jens Knauber, Mishel Alon and me all looking forward to the new chapter and the unique position we have now as a true global player in the Mobile Advertising Industry. Happy to announce another milestone in the history of MGI 🏆 Today we successfully placed EUR 80 million of senior secured #bonds to qualified investors following a European #bookbuilding process with investors in the Nordics and continental Europe. The placement was made at a coupon of 3 months Euribor plus (5.75%) per cent p.a. and a tenure of four years.
