We're so excited to feature Bridget Weber as our Individual of the Week! Bridget is a Business Director with our Dubai office and has been with RAPP MENA for a year and counting. Having grown up in apartheid South Africa, her keen interest in politics and paradigms of power has led her to research topics around the world's progression toward equality and she's currently reading a book called "The Sickness in the System" by Richard D. Wolff. Her favorite project she's been a part of at RAPP was sending the Mercedes Vision EQXX on a single, world record-breaking road trip from Saudi Arabia to Dubai, alleviating the audience's range anxiety regarding electric mobility. The most promising marketing trend Bridget has seen this year is a shift away from the polished façade of traditional celebrity culture, embracing the authenticity of real characters through platforms like YouTube and TikTok. "I love the continuous cultural shift towards valuing authenticity over perfection, as people seek content that reflects their lives and experiences. As a result, brands are also adapting and partnering with these real characters to create more relatable and trustworthy marketing campaigns that align with the evolving consumer preferences for sincerity and honesty." Bridget stands up for individuality by engaging in online forums that promote freedom of thought, continuously educating herself, and broadening her perspective. Thank you for everything you do to make RAPP great!
