1moI completely agree Randi Rosenblatt! So many lawyers throughout my career said networking with other attorneys was a waste of time. My attorney network was invaluable when I was starting my firm. Everyone loves referrals, but it’s also great to be able to pick up the phone and call someone when you need a sounding board. And I’m always happy to do that for my people too.
