Our QLS-Chicora location is teaming up with the Alzheimer's Association Greater Pennsylvania Chapter to encourage healthy living and to spread awareness of Alzheimer's. They will be collecting donations that night to support, Gary's Girls, a local team that will be participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's in memory of one of our former residents. There will be great live entertainment from one of our favorite country music artists, Gary Burk III. Stop out for a beautiful night on the lawn.

Caregiver fatigue is something we can help with. Our Personal Care locations offer respite stays that can provide care for loved ones that enables family caregivers the opportunity to take a much needed break.

Our Long-Stay Customer Experience Surveys are an important tool we use to improve the care that we provide to our residents. There is nothing we like more than when staff members are singled out by name in the returned surveys so we can honor and thank them for a job well done. The 2024 National Skilled Nursing Care Week theme is "Radiant Memories - A Tribute to the Golden Age of Radio". Our homes have been having fun embracing the theme. QLS-Henry Clay celebrated with 80s T-Shirts and Candy, QLS-Sarver had a visit from Elvis. Beach Day at QLS-Sugar Creek included winning snacks from the "Plinko" snack cart. The residents and staff at all of our locations look forward to celebrating Nursing Home Week. #NSNCW #qlsproud
