NACCHO has released its new 2023 Immunization Profile Study report, a key resource for strengthening local public health. The survey assesses immunization capacity at local health departments (LHDs) nationwide, characterizing local activities to control vaccine-preventable diseases and identifying challenges and opportunities to strengthen LHD immunization programs. PHF is excited to share and highlight our recent collaboration with CVS Health as part of the company’s effort to increase access to heart health and mental health care services for the people it serves. PHF worked with CVS Health to provide the foundation for quality improvement skill building and refining quality improvement projects. CVS Health’s health equity strategy focuses on providing culturally responsive services, addressing social determinants of health, supporting providers, and data-informed strategies. PHF is excited to support CVS Health in incorporating health equity into their quality improvement journey.
