You are missing out on some AMAZING people if you disqualify them for not having a COLLEGE DEGREE. About 60% of employees don't have a bachelor's degree. I interviewed a candidate who blew me away with her experience, professionalism, and kindness. And guess what? She didn't have a college degree. She had an amazing background and many impressive achievements.
